'twas just looking at this yesterday, perusing it for my own interest.

I'm not sure that's all of it, but it's probably the best collection you can find without having to wade through a few hundreds pages of forum posts. Also, Conceptart.org, as assassin linked to, is a very good repository of GW Concept art, you'll just have to do a little searching.
